- You need to give refundable security deposit at the time of courier of jewellery and will be refunded back once we get back our jewellery.

- You can choose TIKA, MATHAPATI, SHEESH PHOOL, HEAD BAND, NATH etc according to your choice on video call (Extra charges will be applied ). Kindly do video call once you are comfortable with the rental prices a and no negotiations can be done on video calls regarding prices.
- While we pack jewellery for courier we take care of each and every piece to pack very carefully so that there should not be any breakage or damages during transportation and will send you pics of all jewellery and video of packing the parcel.
- You must make a video while opening the parcel to claim any damage during transportation otherwise no claim can be made. While returning You must pack jewellery the way you have received the jewellery parcel and courier it back to our address. Proper bubble wrap on the box is must to send the courier back
