Availability of jewelry is on “First Come First Serve” basis. The sooner you reserve, the more options you get. We recommend booking at-least 8 – 10 weeks in advance for wider availability of choice.
Our rentals are fixed and not on per day basis. 4-Day period is provided only for convenience and saves worries from pre and post event hassles. However, you can rent for a longer period upto 7-Days at no additional cost based on our prior written consent depending upon the availability.
You are required to pay the Rent and a Refundable Deposit. Rent is payable upfront at the time of booking. For Refundable Deposit you have the option to pay upfront or at-least 5 Days prior to the delivery of Jewelry.
You need to courier the jewelry back post use. We send you return address label and secure packaging and for hassle-free return of jewelry. In select cities (Delhi & NCR), doorstep collection facility is available at a charge of Rs 150. Kindly check with us to know more about return pick-up service in your location.
Shipping - Shipping is complimentary for all orders over Rs 1,500. Flat shipping charge of Rs 100 is payable for orders less than Rs 1,500.
Return Shipping: Home collection (currently available in Delhi / NCR) is chargeable at Rs 150. Else you can courier the jewelry back to us by paying courier charges (approximate cost is Rs 100 – Rs 200 depending upon weight). For all orders over Rs 5000, return shipping is complimentary and these charges are reimbursed along with the refund of deposit.
Deposit amount is refunded to your bank account or by UPI which ever is preferred by you, with-in 2 working days of return of Jewelry.
We DO NOT charge for damages like stone coming off, minor jewelry breakages, etc. except for complete loss of jewelry or major damage like breakage of jewelry in pieces that cannot be repaired.
We take grace period of 2 days and charge nothing for that. After that We charge 25% of the rent amount per day as late fee after the end day of your rental (plus 2 days grace period).
The sets (which include necklace, earrings and mangtika (if any) are fixed and we can’t customize the length, style , color of any of them. But the other accessories like mathapatti, sheeshphool, nose ring (nath), hand accessories (hathphool/ hathpaan) are to be chosen separately as per the look you want to pull off.
You can cancel anytime (before the products are dispatched) and get store refund which can be used anytime in future. You can also change the piece (before the products are dispatched) subject to availability (order value should be same or higher). There are no bank account refunds
It is the best practice recommended from Rent n Flaunt to remove your jewelry before washing your hands, taking shower or while applying hand or body lotion. Sprays, perfumes on and around jewellery is an absolute no , it will damage the jewellery. Do not use alcohol to wipe gems as it can make it dingy and cloudy.
